My Commitment to Good Faith Estimates

If you are uninsured or plan to pay out-of-pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This estimate will be provided to you in writing within 3 business days of your request or when scheduling services. Please note that this estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to receive services from the listed providers. If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to initiate a Patient-Provider Dispute Resolution process.
