About Me
Hi, I’m Ally!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings—from inpatient and residential programs to PHP, IOP, in-school settings, and now my own private practice. Supporting people at all stages of recovery has given me a clear perspective on how trauma, PTSD, and nervous system dysregulation show up in daily life, and how to help clients navigate their healing process effectively.
I take a practical, grounded approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and helping them develop tools that fit their lives. My goal is to create a space that is professional yet approachable, where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends, and my golden retriever, Emma—who can almost always be spotted with her stuffed duck, Quack Quack. I’m a foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and loves traveling whenever I get the chance.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a space where you don’t have to share anything before you’re ready. Some people want to talk through their experiences, others prefer to focus on managing the anxiety, hypervigilance, or freeze that comes with trauma. Either way, I’ll meet you where you are. Most of all, I want you to know: healing is possible. You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through each day.
I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
