    For those ready to invest in meaningful, lasting change, twelve sessions allow for in-depth exploration, consistent support, and sustainable transformation. Together, we can tackle complex patterns, strengthen resilience, and build a toolkit for long-term well-being.

My standard 50-minute rate is $175 per session. To offer flexibility, I also provide discounted package options for clients who prefer to purchase multiple sessions at a time.

I am an out-of-network provider and not contracted with any insurance companies. This means sessions are private-pay only. If you’d like to use your insurance benefits, I encourage you to check with your provider about out-of-network coverage. I’m happy to provide an itemized receipt for services upon request that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
